I am opened. I am seeing clients and groups remotely. I am accepting new clients.
My adult clients come to me with a myriad of issues. Some are dealing with issues at work, in relationship or with their extended families. Others struggle with depression, addiction, self-harming behaviors, motivation or just general lack of self-awareness and, most importantly, self-regulation.
Many have low self-esteem, fears, or phobias that hold them back from feeling valued or progressing in life. Others seek my assistance because they've become aware their past childhood abuse is now beginning to affect their ability to function and feel safe in their current life.
Working on yourself, or as I like to put it, "digging in the dirt," is a challenging and humbling experience. It takes commitment, patience and vulnerability. I work very hard to create a safe environment for clients to explore and discover a fresh perspective on their everyday lives as well as their internal landscape - facets which are frequently dissonant or incongruent.
